Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with JJ Bespoke Print, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Artwork & Proofs

Customers are responsible for checking all artwork proofs carefully before approval. Once artwork has been approved, JJ Bespoke Print cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect information or design errors approved by the customer.

Colours

Printed colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screens due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and may vary during busy periods or for bespoke orders.

Personalised & Bespoke Items

Due to the personalised nature of many products, cancellations or refunds may not be possible once production has begun.

Customer Supplied Artwork

Customers must ensure they have permission to use any supplied logos, images or artwork. JJ Bespoke Print accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to customer supplied files.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are separate from production lead times. JJ Bespoke Print is not responsible for courier delays once orders have been dispatched.

Damaged Orders

Any damages or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
