Welcome to JJ Bespoke Print. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

JJ Bespoke Print provides personalised printing services, wedding stationery, signage, business printing, promotional products and customised gifts.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JJ Bespoke Print, and “you” refers to the customer placing an order.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate.
You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
You have permission to use any logos, images or artwork you upload.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Artwork & Personalisation

It is your responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, spellings, colours and artwork are correct before approving your order.

Where artwork approval is required, production will not begin until approval has been received.

Once artwork has been approved, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if redesign work is required.

JJ Bespoke Print cannot accept responsibility for customer-approved spelling, grammatical or design errors.

4. Colours

We make every effort to reproduce colours as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may vary due to:

Different screen and monitor settings.
Material textures and finishes.
Printing processes.
Lighting conditions.

Minor colour variations do not constitute a fault.

5. Production Times

Estimated production times are displayed on product pages or confirmed during the ordering process.

Production times begin once:

Payment has been received in full.
Artwork has been approved (where applicable).

Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services.
Weather conditions.
Industrial action.
Circumstances outside our control.

7. Personalised Products

Most of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer.

As such, personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

8. Pricing

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

9. Payments

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment has not been received.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photography, designs, graphics, branding and artwork created by JJ Bespoke Print remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold or distributed without permission.

Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer.

11. Customer-Supplied Artwork

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the artwork; or
You have permission to use it.

You agree to indemnify JJ Bespoke Print against any claims relating to copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses resulting from delays, misuse of products or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
