Returns & Refunds Policy

At JJ Bespoke Print, every order is produced with care and attention to detail. As many of our products are customised specifically for you, our returns policy differs depending on the item purchased.

Personalised & Bespoke Products

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds unless:

The item arrives damaged.
The item is faulty.
We have made an error with your order.
The item does not match the approved artwork or details provided.

Please ensure all spelling, dates, colours and artwork are checked carefully before approving your design, as approved artwork will be printed exactly as supplied.

If there is an issue with your personalised order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging where applicable. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Personalised Products

For non-personalised items, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned in the original packaging where possible.
Returned at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Personalised orders enter production quickly and therefore cannot usually be cancelled once artwork has been approved or production has begun.

Return Address

Returns should only be sent once authorised by JJ Bespoke Print. Please contact us first to arrange your return and receive the correct return instructions.
