  • High resolution - 300dpi minimum
  • PDF format preferred
  • CMYK colour mode recommended for most accurate colour output

Please note: colours may vary slightly due to screen resolution and display settings. Supplying files in CMYK colour mode will give the most accurate print results.

How to Submit Your Artwork

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include a link to upload your artwork. Please supply your file ideally as a PDF with 3mm bleed, crop marks and converted to CMYK. If you need any help with your artwork, just get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.

How to send your personalisation, photos or artwork

You can enter up to 100 characters in the optional personalisation box above. For longer details, guest lists, photos or artwork, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email.

For guest lists, table-plan information, photographs or print-ready artwork, use the upload instructions in the email sent after your order is confirmed.
